The following transportation will be provided: The Element 7:30pm - To Welcome Party at Surf Club 7:50pm - To Welcome Party at Surf Club 8:30pm - 9:45pm - From Surf Club to Element as needed 10pm -10:30pm - From Surf Club to Element as needed Trailborn Surf and Sound 7:45pm - To Welcome Party at Surf Club 7:55pm - To Welcome Party at Surf Club 8:30pm - 9:45pm - From Surf Club to Trailborn as needed 10pm -10:30pm - From Surf Club to Trailborn as needed

Please note the venue is outside on grass We will provide round trip transportation from the Element and Trailborn Surf and Sound. Please meet outside of your hotel at 3:30PM. Shuttles will depart Trailborn at 3:45PM and the Element at 3:55PM. The shuttles will drop you back off at your hotel at the end of the event. Parking is extremely limited onsite at Live Oak Estate. If you do not plan on utilizing the provided transportation, we highly recommend Uber or Lyft!
